We cover the whole of the North West for any of our services such as decluttering and organising.

Our shop is at Heskin Hall Shopping Village, Wood Lane, Chorley PR7 5PA.

For life coaching and home organisation coaching this is done online so it doesn’t matter where you are, as long as you are committed to show up and take action. Jan will always be there for you at the agreed times so it is important that you are too.

We do free, no obligation to book consultations on request either online or in person.

What is a Life Coach and what does a Life Coach do?

A Life Coach is a professional who will work with you to make progress in your life in order to attain greater fulfilment.

A Life Coach will help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

Our speciality is organisation (if you hadn’t already guessed that!) so as a Coach Jan wants to help you live the decluttered and organised life you have always dreamt of!

Why do I need a Life Coach to help me?

As a Life Coach, I will empower you to set goals and establish accountability and responsibility for achieving those goals and future success.

You set the agenda, and I serve as an objective sounding board to help keep you focused and on track. I help you break through old barriers and develop new practices so you can reach your desired goals.

Why hire a Life Coach to help me organise instead of a professional home organiser?

I will answer this by saying I am a professional organiser, however my preferred method is to coach you through the process.

Why?

If I come into your home and organise it for you, I’m doing it the way I think will help you. As I don’t live your life or walk in shoes everyday, my systems may not work for you so it is important to me that you put into practice your own systems that work for you and how you live your life. I do this through coaching you so YOU make your own powerful and insightful decisions.

Is it expensive to hire a Life Coach?

My prices start from £25 per hour. If this seems like a lot, please don’t underestimate the amount of work that can be completed in an weekly hour long session.

Clutter and disorganisation can affect our anxiety levels, ability to focus and our sleep quality! It can also make us less productive, triggering coping and avoidance strategies that make us more likely to snack on junk and watch TV shows (including ones about other people decluttering their lives!)

Instead of being anxious, stressed and unnecessarily snacking, take positive action, the cost is a small investment in your future happiness.

How long will it take to orJANise my home?

Everyone is different and has different needs and goals so this may take some longer than others and we will always work at your pace.

For an average sized family home that needs decluttering and reorganising, 6 weeks is a rough estimate of how long it can take IF you are prepared to put in the work between sessions and take the actions that are agreed in the sessions, between the sessions.
