Following purchase, we will send you a link to complete a questionnaire giving us information on the problem areas of your home. This will take around 30 - 45 minutes to complete. You also have the opportunity to email us any supporting photographs and any other information you would like to be considered.
After receiving your answers to this questionnaire, we will then prepare a blueprint, setting out our advice and recommendations. You will be sent this within 2 working days of submitting your answers and any additional information.
